The new face of the corporate website and eCommerce platform go ‘live’. For the first time, the website brings together the Group’s affiliated container transport companies (CMA CGM, DELMAS, ANL, CNC, USLines), as well as offering customers and partners numerous functionalities.
An essential source of information on the Group, its services and latest news, the site will also introduce our brand new eBusiness platform that gives customers a single access point to make their bookings, monitor their shipments, and file shipping information for use at a later date.
An ergonomic internet site - accessible to everyone and for everyone
The Group aims to provide a web site that is clear and easy to use.
The site will be compatible with the latest telecommunication devices (tablet, smartphone, etc.). A comprehensive glossary of Shipping terms and an FAQ section can be accessed by everyone.
A comprehensive and dynamic library of information
As well as giving internet users a new eBusiness platform, the new website will become the reference point for information on the Group, its services, news and career opportunities.
Everyone will be able to discover the Group, learn about the history of the company and its senior managers, its activities, fleet and the many actions taken for the environment and underprivileged children.
A Products & Services section means customers will have all the information they need about the Group’s transport solutions at their fingertips (dry containers, reefers, intermodal, XXL, etc.)
There will also be a News & Media section, where users will be able to:
- Get the latest Business and Corporate news on the CMA CGM Group according to categories and by selecting key words.
- Subscribe to a personalised Newsletter.
- See the press cuttings for CMA CGM.
- Find out what the next big events are for the Group using the diary.
- Read the CMA CGM Magazine on line.
As a skilled workforce is a key factor in the Group’s success, there is a comprehensive careers section for visitors with information on the recruitment policy and business units, as well as all the many training and job mobility opportunities in the Group.
To access financial information on CMA CGM, the secured section for Investors has been revamped. It is now easier to search for information and it provides a simpler way of monitoring the news, with the option to subscribe to financial statements, thereby making available all the mandatory data required by our investors and rating agencies.
A new eBusiness platform: efficient, personalised and user-friendly
Designed to optimize interactions between CMA CGM, its subsidiaries and customers, the Group’s new eCommerce platform offers numerous innovative solutions giving each user a powerful tool adapted to meet all their requirements, including:

The new eBusiness platform allows users to stay in touch with the progress of their shipments throughout the transport chain, by giving them access to all the information and monitoring each container in real time.
